1. REGISTRATION, ACCESS, AND RECIPIENTS

Who can buy on the sparepartsrealme.com website? Purchases are permitted upon registration, after you've declared that you are at least 18 years old and have read the Terms and Conditions in full. Both "consumers" (private individuals) and "professionals" can purchase items to repair their own devices.


2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE

When is the sales contract concluded? The contract is concluded when Sifar, after your payment is complete, sends you an email confirmation with the Order Number.

Can I cancel the order before it ships? Yes, you can request to cancel your order by writing to contact@sifar.it up until the moment it ships. The order status is visible in your Personal Area under "Your orders."


3. PRICES, AVAILABILITY, AND PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Are the prices on the website inclusive of VAT? The amount shown before checkout in the cart includes shipping costs and VAT.

Are the spare parts original or compatible? All spare parts are original and official realme products.

Do you provide technical data sheets or installation guides? In the appropriate sections, you'll find technical data sheets, product manuals, and installation guides provided by realme. If the documents you're looking for aren't available, please refer to the manufacturer's official website.

What happens if a published price is incorrect? In case of a system or human error, Sifar may cancel the order after providing you with notice and will issue a refund.

What if a product is out of stock after I've ordered it? Sifar will send you a timely email notification. You can then decide to cancel the order, terminate the contract, or request an equivalent item. If you choose a replacement item that is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.


4. PAYMENT METHODS

What payment methods can I use? You can use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, including prepaid cards) or PayPal. Purchase invoices will be sent via email, and you can also view them in your personal area.

Where is credit card data handled? The data is entered directly on the bank's or PayPal's website, never in Sifar's systems. Sifar does not store or access this information.

How is a refund processed in case of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-acceptance? Sifar requests the transaction to be canceled and the refund to be processed through the banking or PayPal systems. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your financial institution.


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where do you deliver? Delivery is available throughout EU.

What are the delivery methods and times? Standard "curbside" delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), 9:00 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-6:00 PM. The product is shipped in the manufacturer's packaging or in custom boxes. You can view the shipping number in the designated section.


6. PROCESSING TIMES AND DELIVERY COSTS

What is the "order processing time"? This is the time between receiving the order, preparing it, and handing it over to the courier (on average within 24-48 hours).

How long does it take for the courier to deliver? From the moment the goods are entrusted to the courier, delivery normally takes place within 3-5 business days, barring extraordinary events.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the order confirmation process and will be clearly highlighted.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within how many days can I exercise my right of withdrawal? As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us and another 14 days to send the item back.

How do I proceed with a return? From your user profile on the website, download the form from the "RMA Form" section and send an email to assistenza@sifar.it, attaching your purchase document and specifying the request for a "Right of withdrawal." The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be in its original condition, complete with accessories and original packaging.


8. WARRANTIES

What is the legal warranty and its duration? All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty from the time of delivery, in accordance with current regulations. This warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship that are confirmed by subsequent checks in our laboratories. How do I request a warranty repair? From your profile, download the form from the "RMA Form" section and send an email to assistenza@sifar.it, attaching your purchase document.
